Anybody with recent experience renting from Europcar?  I understand that they closed the counter in TLV and you have to take a shuttle.  Where is the shuttle pickup?  TIA

True of almost all car rentals in tlv as of a few weeks ago. You walk to the usual place in the garage and call the cell phone number taped to the door.

Colleague of mine just rented from Europcar. Shuttle pick up in the garage where the rental cars are. Said it was smooth. Hertz is only one with pick up and drop off at the Airport (Terminal 3) but Hertz typically more expensive.

I'm renting a car in Israel (April 2022). Does Chase Amazon CC cover collision (cdw) in Israel?
If so, how do you receive a confirmation letter of this? (Have tried calling the CC several times - they keep hanging up/not helping).

What's the advantage of going through a place like Noach? I've read that some rental companies in Israel can be super shady. Does working with Noach help with things like that?
