I see on united.com - they have reduced rates for rentals outside US or Canada, comes to be about $115/week for Intermediate Mid-Size in TLV airport. Is this a good price(3/3/12-3/10/12)

As Has been pointed out many times on this thread that price won't include liability insurance which probably will more than double the price, add even more if you don't have a mastercard world.
Get a quote from the car reveal agents here so you don't have any surprises when you get to the counter
