What do you mean directly from Hertz? By calling Hertz in the USA? Keep in mind their price quotes do not include the mandatory insurances. If you mean directly from Hertz Israel keep in mind that an agent will always be cheaper.

Booking at hertz.com with discount codes, are there any ones that are known to be good for TLV, many are just for US
