Just got the unlimited but didn't realize foreign transaction fee, can i upgrade it to preferred unlimited and get the 100k bonus?

No. But you can get both. Or upgrade and stick with the 75k bonus at half the spend. Though you probably will have to get the bonus before upgrading.

just closed my chase business preferred card . how long do  I need to wait to get the 100.000 bonus if I reapply for the same card?

no hard rule. technically you can have two ink preferred cards. probably recommended to wait a few days from when you closed the card and 24 months from when you got the bonus

I got this card and spent $7,500 the first month. If I utilize the 0% APR and only pay the minimum payment due for the first 12 months, when will I receive the bonus?

Chase awards points based on spending, not payback.
