Food story allegedly was going to be better then hermolis, but isn’t IMHO.
It's very easy to prepare excellent food in ideal ground conditions, but a totally different story preparing food which will survive reheating and travelling as well as a company like Hermolis, with many years of experience in the field, are able to do. In my experience, airline crews rate their premium class meals as good as or better than the best airline caterers, like Do & Co.
