Takes about 4-5 weeks to get to Borough Park (did that for AsherO). Once it gets there you have 2 days to pick it up.
He'll pick it up from your house (ground floor only) for an additional charge. (10 boxes would be around ₪150).

Each box can weigh up to 22 kilo. You can also call 0504-123-207 - Avraham. He works there. Regarding him picking it up from you, every box over 10 boxes is an addl 10 shek a box

Perhaps he's using a service similar to Media Mail in the US, which is why he can only send books for that price.

Maybe with a friend flying to the US? People (in my circles) usually have more space going there (to the US) than coming here (to the Aretz)
