IIRC you need to spend a specific amount of time on each section, but you can go through all the sections and then leave it in the background to pass the time.

The one I did.
I needed to wait a certain time on each section essentially I couldn't go quicker.
Also they have quiz after each main section then another one towards the end.

Plus they make you call in every so often during the course to identify urself.

Improv says they can have a popup that you need to click within 1 minute and if you miss it they stop the clock, if you miss it a second time you fail. I've never gotten the popup. Worst case scenario you miss it once and make sure to watch the rest of the course.

I just finished all the sections in 30 minutes.

There were no minimum time requirements to go to the next section, and no phone calls, but when trying to take the test, there is a message that i need to spend an additional x amount of time.
