Best chance to get one is probably inspect element to make the button work so you can click it at exactly 12 without refreshing the page.

I tried it for the 12:00 drop, first time I clicked it gave some error, second time was at 12:00:08 and it was already all claimed.

Remove "btn_disabled" from the code and change data status from "1" to "2"
