I did not say that. My guess is it would be up to SCOTUS to decide if the constitution renders it impossible for somebody foreign born to be president, or just illegal to appoint him.
But you’d saying that’s different then rigging an election...

But it would be impossible to impeach anyways, because you’d probably have to prove that Biden ordered it done, he can always claim he didn’t know anything about it.
Biden will never be removed from office just like Trump. The other side prefers them to their ideologue VPs.

Yeah because the election results don't directly impact the nomination - they are only a tool for the state to decide how to nominate their election. To my knowledge there is no blanket rule that once sworn in it becomes irrevocable - different faults in the process may have different outcomes.

Good point, although in his scenario if the election was rigged they will remove both of them.
Funny that until now the right was saying the left was going to remove Biden...

Unless they simultaneously impeach Biden and Harris, and then the speaker of the house takes over, which, by then, will presumably be a R, because otherwise the impeachment will never happen in the first place.

You think the left prefers Trump over Pence?

No. If Pence was elected in 2016 he’d likely (IMHO) win re-election in 2020, despite COVID and all.

Doubtful he would've won in 2016. (Primaries)

I doubt this is true, but someone told me, that if Biden dies before the election is certified, then the person with the 2nd most votes would win. Meaning it would go to Trump and not Harris. Doesn’t make sense, but does anyone know?

It's not true (like most other Pro Trump claims on whatsapp). If Biden dies Harris take her place.

Quote
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WINNING CANDIDATE DIES BEFORE CONGRESS DECLARES A WINNER?

“That’s the worst, most confusing time,” said John Fortier, director of governmental studies at the Bipartisan Policy Center. “They are going to have to figure out what to do with (Electoral College) votes cast for a candidate who has died.”

If the winning candidate dies before the Electoral College meets, the electors could coalesce around a replacement candidate recommended by the party, perhaps the vice presidential candidate.

“For the most part, these people are picked because they are loyal party people,” Fortier said. “You could have a few stray here or there, but they are not rebels.”

A party’s electors would have an incentive to coalesce around one candidate, he said, because they wouldn’t want to risk throwing the election to the other party. But there is no guarantee they would all agree on a replacement candidate.

Some states have laws that require electors to vote for the presidential candidate who won the statewide vote; other states could quickly pass laws governing the electors in the event that a candidate dies.

“The party can say what the party wants, but the states would decide what to do with those electors,” Hasen said.

The Supreme Court ruled unanimously in July that states may require electors to support the candidate picked by voters in the election. However, the court left open what would happen if the candidate dies.

“Nothing in this opinion should be taken to permit the states to bind electors to a deceased candidate,” Justice Elena Kagan wrote in a footnote to her majority opinion.

If this happens, expect litigation.

Seems like the courts blocked some states from Certifying and now Sidney Powell has filed some lawsuits. Not sure why @CountValentine or @PlatinumGuy haven’t commented yet, they seem to be following everything
