Bar Mitzvah Gift Ideas

I need to get a bar mitzvah gift for my nephew and would like it to be creative and original....any ideas?

I got one (non engraved) from an aunt and uncle for bar mitzvah and used it all the way until my kallah bought me a new one.
It wasn't the nebish kind.. It is nice enough even to till today, I use it for guests.

Another aunt got me the Tefillin bags. Another idea.

I am honestly shocked...I have a couple of bechers I got, but when I got married, we got one for  our wedding.
But what are some creative and original ideas for Bar Mitzvah gifts )I refuse to refer to it as B.M:)

depends who the kid is. one of the presents i got was a stamp that my name on it for all of my seforim - and i got many seforim and i loved the stamp until the ink ran out a couple years later!

Get him a watch.  You can get a skagen in that price range and they are really nice.  BM kids love them.
