The easiest way is to just walk down Meah Shearim on any night of Chol Hamoed and you are guaranteed something.

Between Toldos Aharon, Breslov, Sanz, Kloiz, Toldos Avrohom you should have plenty of options all on Meah Shearim (Meah Shearim - Between Kikar Shabbos and Shivtei Yisrael)

A better way to prepare is go down meah shearim a few days before yom tov and take note of the signs when their simchas beis hashoeavah are. Most places will have something but it may just be a tish (which is nice also) but certain nights will be special. I may be wrong but maybe the night of aharon hakohen is big in belz bc of r arele belz.

Again best research is read the signs in the streets and remember them
