Im trying to find out when the best time to pay acc is?Right away? etc..

It your applying for CCs its better to pay up your balance first even if it isn't due yet, as it makes your report look better. I paid off all my balance to help me get my last card approved 29 days later in a 3bm.

Of course there is also the points, which you will usually not get until you pay. So if you plan on closing the card quickly or get your points faster, you need to pay quick.

If you don't have any of those reasons, you may as well tale advantage of having the extra cash at hand for an extra month and a half.

I meant on the building my credit angle, because im new to the game and dont really know what im doing yet.

My first point is the only significant point then. Paying early won't boost your credit, but it will make your credit report look better for the period that you aren't holding a balance.

Can someone please point me to where the difference between the Ink Bold and Ink Plus is discussed, and which to call recon about first/what to say?

ink bold is a charge card ink plus is not.  Simple as that

Not sure it makes a difference.  If they ask why you need both...say the IP is to keep a balance and IB is not.  Or different expenses in biz.

Thanks! I meant to ask: if I can only get one approved first, what will make more sense for the SECOND phone call: "yes, I already have a charge card, but I also need a credit card because..." or "yes, I already have a credit card, but I also need a charge card because..."?

I dont think it makes a difference.  Either reason I gave (keep balance on one (IP) and no balance on other (IB)) Or need to keep biz expenses seperated for XYZ reasons...wont make a difference as to which you get approved first and which is second.

I'd say easier to get Bold and then Ink, saying you ALSO want the option to pay off over time.

That may work, but in practice Chase doesn't cut you off at your CL anyway.

I said since my IB doesn't report a credit limit to the credit reporting agencies, my accountant advised me (I have no clue what all these credit stuff mean) to get an IP as well so that my business report will show available credit too, hence increasing the odds of getting approved for a business loan.
Worked twice.

I think you're referring to the delta business ny-tlv thread which discussed  business class travel from all airlines. I can't search right now though that should be enough info.
