Question:
I booked EL AL tickets for this past August with Ultima points. I called Chase prior to that when I saw that EL AL was cancelling flights and they whatever reassured me not going to lose my points. I got serious in December and Chase set up an escalation. They told me however that for them to get $ back from these airlines, especially the foreign ones, is farschlepped. El Al does not answer the phone nor return emails. I called a week ago and same thing.
what are my options.
