I signed up for the Amex Hilton Business card back in July, when it had an incredible offer of 150,000 points and a free night cert for $4,000 spend within 3 months. I am trying to figure out why the points/night have not been credited and I pulled up the history for the account and see the spend was only $3,650. I have never had this issue before and usually spend well over so either I somehow marked down $3,000 as the spend or, more likely, I had a charge that did not go through and did not realize it. Is there any way to salvage this?
