KOSHER FOOD NEAR SKI RESORT IN TRI-STATE

I am looking for a ski resort within driving distance (3 hrs) of Tri State. It needs to be a nicer hotel with kosher food and pref minyan for shabbos? any ideas?

We once stayed in the town of hunter and found a few chassidim who had a minyan in middle of the winter for shabbos. They have some sort of bungalow colony. We walked about three miles each way.
