Simple. If the numbers in certain areas are no worse than in other areas, yet he targets regulation and oversight to some places and not to others, he will be criticized for discrimination. Similarly, if he shuts down and criticizes certain gatherings, yet ignores others, anti discrimination activists will accurately cry foul. Being scientific as opposed to racist is defined by consistency.

Where have you been? This forum is full of criticizing much much smaller events, even tiny outdoor minyanim which in hindsight were prefectly safe.

This thread is about Cuomo, who is governor of an entire state. The second wave and his approach to it is proof that his "micro cluster strategy" was anti Semitic. How any one particular community chooses to act, no matter how dangerous or smart, does not change that fact.
