Best is capon (baby turkey) stuffed with onions, rubbed with kosher salt, cooked in roaster overnight. That's it, and DELICIOUS! Great on Pesach

Not very big on thanksgiving celebration, but will be the same as every year: Turkey dinner (plus other yummies) with nuclear family.
