Some good this did me, had to book a ticket for my uncles funeral, transferred 14k MR into LM, transaction shows as completed, but they miraculously then had an "expiration" of the exact same number of miles about a month ago, which is cute, as I have never actually used or owned a single lifemile before. Waited two hours on the phone with no luck, got to an agent the next day who told me to email, and I am still waiting.
Anyone else have an experience like this?
