$10 for each 5 Quarts of oil you buy. Max 2 per household which would be $20.

  I usually don't bother with them because the price of the oil is overpriced.. While I use you by the oil for walmart or amazon. Sometimes from autozone or advanced auto.

Walmart has now a 3 pack of mobile 1 oil for $71-$77.
Great price.
