No, but maybe port out (once your out of the 12-month clock) and then port back after 91 days.

I’ve seen reports of business account holders being told they got this but could be a rep lying.

I’m pretty sure what I saw says you can’t cancel ANY lines for 12 months, if you do then the free line becomes a paid line.

Where do you see the applied promotions?

On the website (not the app)
1. log in
2. then go to the account section in the menu (hamburger menu on mobile)
3. then click/tap on monthly total (where it says “This total is a rough summation of your plan and services. It may not match the amount charged on your monthly bill”)
4. That’ll take you to the Account > Cost Detail page, under the Plan heading and your plan name you’ll see “Applied discounts and promotions:”

It's also under the name of #holidayunwrapped, if you walk into any store they are able to do it in store as well. That's where I did it

Oh for sure! Also to add for what it's worth, I just saw this in the tmobile reddit group. Apparently someone with a buisness account was told they're not eligible for this promo but there are more coming up. Whether this is true or was just to smoothen the news of not being eligible is unsure but there might be more on the way.

Haven’t seen anything conclusively reliable for my threshold one way or another. In cases like there where I’m not sure about the terms, the competence of the rep I talk/chat with and how they phrase things is a make it or break it for whether I rely on them.

See my own chat log posted above, this guy Luis was from the Philippines but knew exactly what I wanted before I specified.
