It did indeed expire yesterday.
I spoke to a rep, apparently the offer was a surprise for them as well, they got over 2000 backlogged calls. In a meeting this morning they decided to implement a tracker for anyone who tried to get the line, a rep can add your line to the tracker and then they will add the free line. I got it added to a new business line today. (usually they don't have a wait time yesterday, it was 45 minutes)

Confirmed that all the lines need to be kept for 12 months.
As for the 2022 Switch P9 it isn't eligible on this line, but got it for 3 of my other lines. Thank you @AsherO!

You added the 3 other lines recently?

I didn’t see anything that would exclude the Switch promo from stacking with the free line, they only explicitly excluded device promos.

The $200 port offer has to be ported and the rebate submitted within 30 days of activation. The official list of eligible carriers is pretty short, “port-in from AT&T, Verizon, Claro, US Cellular,
Spectrum, Liberty Puerto Rico, or Xfinity required.” See the screenshot I posted upthread. Personally I bought a VZW number on eBay for $15 so it goes well.

Insider discount is 20% off for life. You need a special one-time code and they give a limited number of codes to each rep. Some insider codes are for new customers, some are for existing customers. The codes are single-use and tend to expire (if not applied to an account) at the end of each quarter.

As long as you get a code T-force should be able to apply it even after expiry. 20% off doesn't work on all plans

Idk about keep-n-switch but the $200 rebate for porting a number from select carriers still seems to be on, not sure if it applies to business accounts.http://

I think insider only applies to Business Unlimited Ultimate plans, but not other cheaper/older business plans.
