Hyatt in Houston, Room for sale for $10 night

I have a hotel stay @ Hyatt Place Houston-Northwest / Cy-Fair from mid Dec to Jan [approx 17 nights ], I'm looking sell it for 10-20 a night.
Might need separate check in every day.

Tried, front desk didn't care but manager did.

They don't have the remote room key but I did initiate online check in.

I'll have to call later to complete.

I doubt they will be ok with it.

They initially told me they would be, and I sent in a CC authorization form along with ID then the front desk told me they'd need to confirm with manager.  The manager then decided that she can't do it after speaking to "hyatt".

I will call a bit later to try with front desk.



They told me they have 30-40 rooms booked under this rate so I'm guessing someone is on top of it.

They should all get together and pay somebody to check in...

I had someone try to check in, contacted thru DDF, [Power of DDF].  He was possibly gonna use the room, an actual stay.
They refused, l even though they accepted a CC authorization form and a copy of my license.

Its a cash saty where they clearly said they will honor the rate with someone physically checking in and at last minute they started playing games.

They and hyatt direct told me it would be no issues to have the 2nd guest check in.
