Couldn't get front desk to check you in without a manager?
They don't have the remote room key but I did initiate online check in.
I'll have to call later to complete.
I doubt they will be ok with it.
They initially told me they would be, and I sent in a CC authorization form along with ID then the front desk told me they'd need to confirm with manager. The manager then decided that she can't do it after speaking to "hyatt".
I will call a bit later to try with front desk.
They told me they have 30-40 rooms booked under this rate so I'm guessing someone is on top of it.
