$10 back with discover when paying with cashback bonus on PayPal

Just got this email. Seems like the purchase has to be above $50,then based on how much rewards you use is how much you get back (up to $10)

From the email it looks like you'll get $10 regardless of how much points you use, as long your purchase is greater than $50
