i have an old plan 4/$100 plus $10 for each add'l line, with 4gb.

Is there a way to get unlimited data on just one line?

If need to change plans, whats the best option?

Should be $20-$30 for unlimited data depending on how much hotspot you want

I have the unlmtd talk and text with 2gb high speed and additional $15 for unlmtd and 6gb of hotspot.

They have had discount for life for some rural locales for a while and it's possible this was a 3rd party at the auto show selling such plans and somehow signing up NYers (perhaps initially with an address outside NYC).

Apparently only if you have less than four lines.

Not sure that’s the case. There have been BOGO for qualifying plans (maybe only Magenta Max?) on and off for nearly all of 2022 and the tail end of 2021.
