Also announced is a DOH-SEA flight and codeshares once AS joins OW.

Won't be able to use AS miles for QR until AS joins Oneworld.
My guess is that's because there will be a OneWorld chart :(

So it would seem...

Reciprocal earning begins next week though, so maybe there's hope that not everything will depend on OW. But that's probably a long shot.
