Save your time, I don't answer PM. Post it in the forum and a dedicated DDF'er will get back to you as soon as possible.

freeze a log of creme and roll the dough around it, then wait until creme is pliable to bend into shape and fry?

maybe cut a circle, pipe a line of custard, and top with another circle?

kind of like https://www.kosher.com/recipe/one-step-jelly-filled-donuts-7851
Workflowy. You won't know what you're missing until you try it.

So my brother tried a similar idea in that he took a flat circle piece of dough put custard around in the middle of the dough and rolled the ends over the custard.

But I feel like they don’t fry the donuts w the custard in them. Reg custard donuts are filled after baking.
So idk.

Tasted great though!
