iPhone SE home button issue
« on: December 13, 2020, 01:12:59 PM »
Upgraded free to the 2nd gen iPhone SE from AT&T last Sunday and immediately noticed that the home button was raised on one side. Brought it back to the store I bought it from and the guy said it “feels” normal to him. Figured I’d wait a week to get used to it. A week later it was still bothering me, so I took it to a different store. They said Apple would swap it out instantly. Well Apple said they could only replace the screen which I wasn’t so keen on doing to a new phone. Went back to AT&T who now said they’d exchange for a $55 restocking fee.

Has anyone had this issue before, and is there any way to actually get AT&T to replace the defective phone they sold me?
