The great thing about google pay offers is you just add them to your CC and then use your CC like normal you don't need any special link or even to use google pay to pay. Which potentially means stacking amex/chase offers with google pay offers.
So I just added the target offer then went online and purchased a $50 target gift card and the offer shows redeemed in my Google pay app.
