How did you make the purchase? Using google pay? Or just the card?
If just the card you still need to either send someone $10 or use google pay at checkout.

  it seemed only my default card was eligible for the offers but then when clicking all enrolled cards it seems all the cards that are enrolled are eligible for the offer.

  Wouldn't mind switching my card to my Chase which would get me the $10 back additionally but don't want to mess up anything by changing the payment method once I subscribe to the trial?

 Think it would be a problem to change a payment method?

Have you been charged for your walmart+ membership yet or are you still in your free trial? I Would assume that until you have been charged it shouldnt make a difference, but I could be wrong.

Try switching your default card in gpay and whichever card you set should be the one it says eligible for the cashback offer.

It seems all are eligible, if you click on the eligable cards it shows on the very bottom they're all able to be used.
