the current MSRP for the least optioned is 33,500 if you can find one. The $6,300.00 & $4,000.00 come off the MSRP of that specific car. it just makes the price match the 23 model as NJ isn't giving 4K on the 23 model year.
so let's say the one i got was 35,300, after rebates i paid 25,000
Why doesn't NJ 4K credit work for the 23 model?

Isn't that program dead?
From what i understand, the current program for the chevy EUV is $6,300.00 instant rebate from chevy & $4,000.00 instant rebate from the state of NJ. This will bring the base price down to about 25K. Better hurry if you want one as they are very hard to get in the lakewood area. I myself just picked one up from Lester Glenn Chevy 2.5 weeks ago.
Just a tip regarding the free charger install that chevy is giving, take the EVGO credits. I chose the install option at the time of purchase & got ridiculous quotes that would have me shelling out between an additional 500-1000 for the work. I ended up doing it myself & was about 250-300 in material & 45 minutes install time.
You can PM me if you want installation tips or any questions regarding Lester Glenn.
I'm referring to the new program.

NJ isn't giving 4K on the 23 model year.
The 23 EUV is coming up as an eligible vehicle on NJ website, plus even with a $6,300 purchase credit on the 22, the 23 will still be cheaper because of a drastically lower MSRP. What do you guys think of 2023 EUV pre-order vs. the 22?

No, the new credit only starts on 1/1/2023.
I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

I doubt you will get anything off of the selling price. Best of luck. Keep us informed

Call lots of dealerships, and know your numbers, and be willing to wait.

Most dealers are charging over MSRP. It's a battle just to find MSRP and wait. To negotiate below MSRP? That would be tricky.
I've only found Mazda to still go below MSRP.

For EV, you can use the below tracker to see current stats from around.

well I put a refundable deposit on a 2023 chevy bolt ev they are asking for 30K all inclusive

what do you guys think good deal? I could potentially also use the 4K rebate and 7.5K tax credit which would effectively put it a $18500

The $30k is probably including the NJ rebate.

am i correct that 7.5 tax credit is not available for chevy bolt until 1/1/23?

i am in a bid of bind as my car was totaled in an accident and I need a car soon as insurance rental only lasts 30 days.  I am looking to get a Electric car but it appears I have to wait til 23 to use 7.5K tax credit; other electric cars are very hard to find etc... what would you do in the interim until 1/1/23?

I hope you have level 2 charging at your house because the public ccs charges are a mess at the moment, many of them are out of order and the companies can't get the replacement parts to fix them

Is the CCS the universal non-tesla charger? What's going on?
