They voted on Sunday that stage 2 should be those over 75 and workers in certain essential businesses, but stage 1 still has a long way to go, and they're definitely not yet up to actually injecting stage 2.

That's not how he's perceived or how he thinks of himself. He's outspoken on many issues and wields a great deal of influence. He and his team are also pretty savvy when it comes to image, so I'm a little surprised by his positioning here.

Honestly, this is the one time when "influencer" should hold weight and be an elligibility factor. LeBron getting vaxed publicly would do way more than pretty much any politician (perhaps outside of Trump).
