barclays declined me for too many new accounts in last 24 months - even though i think i am less than 5/24
i guess they too are 5/24 or something similar?

called reconsideration after i got the letter that stated sufficient credit is available on my account issued by barclays
agent said credit wasnt pulled, asked for auth to pull credit and approved the account by reallocating credit credit line from others.
data point - he said $700 min was needed to open the account. i moved 5k
