Uber/UberEats and pay with Paypal? Or lots of other stores that you can pay with PayPal. I think @Dan mentioned walmart. I saw one DP of buying Amazon GC on ebay, though who knows if that's reliable...

Im sure also other stores sell Amazon gift cards that offer checkout with paypal

Bought some thing i need to return, i assume Amex will claw it back, should i buy something else on paypal, then if they claw it back this one will qualify?

if I have 2 amex card but only 1 paypal account will I be able to get credit
or i need 2 paypal accounts?
