nobody needs an assault rifle for self defense, or an arsenal..

Can you please define "assault rifle"?

I can’t, does that make my point less valid. Such weapons get used in mass-casualty events, these single-shooter crimes aren’t perpetrated with a pistol.

I wonder what people who type "u" instead of "you" do with all their free time.

Most likely don’t get used, or get used at a range, often shooting at targets that mimic a human body. But when guns do intentionally discharge outside of practice, I’d imagine that by and large the target is a human being.
Why is discharging outside of practice the only way to define use? What about when it scares off a perpetrator without being discharged?

Everyone should read the judges decision.
Only on DDF does 24/6 mean 24/5/half/half

If that’s the intended use then sell replicas.

Replicas that are not easily recognizable as fakes are illegal in the US.
