Will the change bloc actually form a government?!?
All of the main players seem to be onboard and committed to make it work, but they have 61 votes and one already deserted, so another deserter seems to be the best hope.

I think anti-charedi is a better name for the bloc. That's the one thing they have in common.

-1

The only thing they have in common is Anyone But Bibi.  There's absolutely nothing else they have in common, which is why everyone is predicting it can't last, because once their mission was accomplished they just have too many things they fundamentally disagree upon (the Jewishness of the state being a very significant one).
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

The problem is the right wing factions (Bennet & Saar) are guaranteed to be extinct if the gov't dissolves and it goes to elections, so they're likely to just capitulate to any demand from the left wing, who also won't risk losing to Bibbi in a new election, so it can go on for a while.

What's working against them is the narrow numbers - one or two deserters can spoil the whole party at any point.

The problem is the right wing factions (Bennet & Saar) are guaranteed highly likely to be extinct if the gov't dissolves and it goes to elections, so they're likely to just capitulate to any demand from the left wing, who also won't risk losing to Bibbi in a new election, so it can go on for a while.
FTFY

Nothing is guaranteed. Never underestimate the stupidity and gullibility of Israeli voters. Who would have thought Gantz would make it into the Knesset in the last round? And the same can almost be said for Sa'ar.

How do they get to 60?
I dont think the Arabs will join a secular government for their own religious reasons.

The Islamist Raam party is expected to actively back, but not be part of, a unity government led by Yamina chief Naftali Bennett and Yesh Atid leader Yair Lapid, providing key backing that the pair need to build a coalition, Israeli media reported.

In return, the emerging government will honor a list of Raam demands said to include budgets to fight violent crime in the Arab community and recognizing three Bedouin communities in the south of the country currently considered illegal. Raam leader MK Mansour Abbas is reported to have made other demands aimed at increasing government activities on behalf of the Arab community.

. Who would have thought Gantz would make it into the Knesset in the last round?
Everybody. Just about every poll throughout the election cycle.

He will also likely grow further if there is another round
