When twitter and facebook do something like this in the name of certain "values" something is very wrong. You have to be so twisted to find this in any way consistent with their general policies it's unbelievable.
You are confusing believing someone should be banned and thinking they are "consistent with their general policies".

She was sideline because she wouldn't support Trumps lie. Unless the R's position is they support his lie then it is twisted.
But what does that have to do with Twitter?

Significantly less so than changing the rules in the middle of the election to benefit one side does.
What rules were changed to specifically benefit one side? Were the rules illegally changed? Was said rule change litigated in court?
Funny to hear this from the folks who labeled 2016 stolen because the Russians bought 150k worth of Facebook ads.
Don’t be ridiculous, I didn’t label 2016 stolen and fully agree that all the evidence shows the 2020 election was not “fraudulent” or “stolen”. There’s really no room for a reasonable person to disagree.
They are both a way to try and silence the person.
There is a massive difference between a supposedly objective corporation which acts as a conduit for the free speech of hundreds of millions banning a political figure and a political party voting out a leader who will not adhere to the agreed upon party line.

So making it easier for people to vote during a pandemic is a good enough reason to undermine faith in the democratic process?
This is of the more humorous claims, that by expanding voting they undermined faith in the system. Very righteous. There’s only one reason the faith was undermined- the guy who called the Emmy’s “rigged” when he lost and said he wouldn’t recognize Hillary as the 2016 winner if she were elected.

Sorry, I should have used the word ironic. I find irony humorous.

So you don’t think it’s possible that by expanding voting it can undermine faith on the system or are you saying that even though it can, its still ironic?

Long before this election, many people considered mail-in ballots to have considerable potential for fraud. Expanding this, especially when we all know (please let me know if you disagree with this) that they're sending out ballots to people who are deceased or no longer live at that address, only increases that potential.

Expanding voting didn’t undermine faith in the system. Trump undermined faith in the system.

Please point to a state where you feel questionable mail in ballots contributed to an outcome.

Fraud doesnt have to proven for people to not trust the system. When it's so open to fraud thats enough to sow alot of distrust.

Without getting into what the changes were (regarding which we can debate if one side benefited more than the other), if you don't understand why massive changes to election rules, pushed by one side, in middle of an election weaken faith in elections then we don't speak the same language.

Let me understand this correctly. Those who lost say it benefited the other side?

If people's lost faith in the election system because it was made easier to vote during the pandemic then the problem is them not the system. Having the president claim every day it was rigged with no evidence is why they lose faith in the system. Claiming the election was stolen when it has been proven it wasn't is why they lose faith in the system.

I'm not getting into that argument. I'm responding to your point, where you tried to make the changes simply about "expanding voting."

My point is that everyone agrees that the way in which they expanded voting was considered rife with fraud long before this election.

Didn't Trump create a commission to look into this and they were disbanded when they came up with nothing?

There was a commission to look into the previous prevalence of voter fraud through mail-in ballots?

Or voter fraud in this election?

IIRC it was to show he didn't lose the popular vote to HRC.

There were many “investigations’ and audits into this election that all came up with nothing.
