I need to book 2 economy tickets for my parents for next week from NYC to Manchester, Not sure where to start searching, which program would make most sense to book etc.

Would appreciate  If anyone has any basic info which airlines typically have some award availability without or with little fuel charges, etc. Thanks .

I basically have all kind of miles. Would like to know generally which one are the most sensible programs to check.

Yeah I'm aware of that . Couldn't find a direct paid flight.   Would book with a stop though.

This may be the long way.
On Google flights or ita.matrix I check to see which airlines have a route.
I go to each of their websites and check out their award availability.
I make a list.
I translate points and fees from one currency to another .  I compare flight times and planes and airlines.
I choose.
I book.

But the trick is sometimes to book via a partner. And at that point I get confused.
