dell keeps on canceling my orders

i have the amex biz plat, and usually use the bi annual dell credit to buy xbox gc's.
recently dell has been cancelling all my orders.
i tried opening a new dell account, no luck, seems the cc is marked.
any suggestions?

Chat with dell, make sure zip code is correct, maybe your business zip is different from personal

i spoke to them on the phone, they replaced the order for me, and it got cancelled as well.
zipcode is correct.
cs told me the credit card is declining, which is simply not true.
account security told me that because i ordered in the past to suspect addresses (buying groups) its canceling. they said i should open a new account and try again. that didnt work either.

Ask Amex for a  new card/number, or use a AU card (that has a diff number, but can use the Dell credit).
Use this new # in a new account.  Maybe use a different address.

Dell (tech) support is one of the best out there. I speak to them plenty on all levels and never had a problem. I can't speak for their customer support though.

Acer, on the other hand I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole. I stopped recommending them years ago.

(Not my proof, just added to plenty of my calls with dell, including a faulty repair job)
