Doubtful. My guess is they're going to (at best) each get one batch (maybe in a few deliveries, with second dose delivered 3 weeks later) and it'll be a while before they get another batch of 1st doses.

If you find out otherwise please let me know.
This is at the end of that video from Crown Heights we discussed earlier, for which the TRANSCRIPT IS NOW AVAILABLE.
https://covid19ch.blogspot.com/   (Note to self: Don't waste your time writing something that someone else will soon do betterly.  More better?)

DR. ROSEN:  I love it.  Thank you Dr. Bar-Zeev.  It's been a wonderful enlightening evening this evening.  For those local listeners, we hope to have the vaccine available.  We had hoped to have the vaccine available this week.  Unfortunately we were let down.  This is all very dependent on local departments of health etc. etc..  Please G-d we will have the vaccine available next week and we're planning to run a large vaccine clinic and certainly vaccinate all the elderly and the most vulnerable as quickly as we can with full support and so thank you everybody once again.  Have a good night.

Would think if there was “a large vaccine clinic” the local news outlets would be informed in advance.

It describes a plan...  And I assume it would be announced to the local community before the news outlets.

Local [community] news outlets are how they announce to the community.

Any city workers? That’s gimmicky, lots of them aren’t essential (no offense) or not high risk (e.g. working remotely).

Correct, it even includes private contactors for the city, like SETTS.
But since they were already allocated for this (which I agree 100%, is stupid), if you are eligible as such, you are probably not taking it away from someone at a higher risk, and might as well, get it.

Dr Rosen's office in CH giving Moderna vaccines.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

@ExGingi, To anyone eligible? Patients? I heart this yesterday but that it's only for VIPs.

ETA: I just called and they told me that "it's only for the elderly and very sick" and that the doctors are the ones deciding who should be getting an appointment and having nurses call those patients.

I don't know what out of the several reasons I gave (and being a VIP  :P) got me in. It might have been a combination of factors in my case. I wouldn't run to get it if not for hoping that it will help me exit quarantine in Israel faster by giving my antibodies a boost.

BTW, I literally didn't feel the prick.

Maybe the fact that you ka"h have a large family means you've brought them a lot of business through the years.

Or they want to buy goodwill for the eineklach's business.

Somewhere in an office in CH, @ExGingi just made a big l'chaim. They heard the "Omein" in 770.

TBH. I don't find that office to be very forward-thinking as far as business is concerned. And there are larger families than mine. But as I said, I am a VIP :P.

More seriously, it was probably who I spoke to (I do have a relationship of several decades, and spoke to someone who knows that) and what I said (which is mostly things out of my control, which I don't wish on anyone) that got me the appointment.

Medgar Evers college vaccination site open with 3k daily. Appointments available to eligible recipients in zip codes 11207, 11212, 11208, 11206, 11233, 11213, 11221, 11226, 11236, 11216, 11225, 11210, 11203, 11238

Make sure your first or second dose don’t come out on Shabbos or YomTov.

There’s also a Queens location at York College, probably also limited zip codes.

The best thing here is that it’ll be manned by active duty military, hoping that means it’ll be super efficient.

I'm skeptical if the military is all that much more efficient than other government bodies.

I’m comparing to ad-hoc/one-off vaccination sites across NYC where service is inconsistent and lines are long.

Everything about these 12-15 NY state-run vaccination sites are about volume and efficiency. Sites that are designed to process 3-6k first doses every day are either going to be efficient or a pandemonium.
