I couldn’t find a board for this if there is one already please forgive me.

I am planning on doing the sleeve gastrectomy all I’m waiting for is insirance approval.

Has anyone here done it or any other weight loss surgery.

Maybe we can share some insight to help other people.

lol that’s funny you fixed it: I have absolutely no knowledge of weight loss procedures and I honestly thought that insirance approval was a real thing!

I've used https://www.wlsappeals.com/

Was almost ready to pay out of pocket.

It was years ago, not sure what they charge today, but I paid around $1K.

How much does a toe weigh? You might lose a few pounds that way too.

Hiked 1600' of elevation change through virgin jungle yesterday, dude with an AK-47 and a machete trying to hack a path in front of me. I'll be charlie horse for a week, but totally worth it.

Am 3 years PS and still down 75 lbs+ Very stable weight at 225 from 308.

My teeth are killed, so take multi vitamins from beginning, other than that I'm happy.

Definitely is. The dentist industry wants you to think that brushing will fix all issues. Not true, healthy nutrition will.

For whatever reason when you go through a sleeve surgery, your stomach does not distribute food well
It's the job of the stomach to do all the nutrition distribution.
