anyone not in the final running had their second choices tallied. This includes Yang and Wiley

The city released results for what would happen without the absentee ballots. They have since removed the results from their website while they investigate how there are 140k more ballots included now than there were immediately after the election.

Even if those results were correct (and they might be, who knows), it still would not have eliminated Wiley. It eliminated her only if you dint count absentees, but some where reporting her as being eliminated, which led to stories like this misleading people.
