Noticing the many issues with the new travel portal?
for one I am trying to book my fam (9 ppl) on a united flight {i am star Alliance gold = they need to be on my reservation/confirmation for perks} but the portal limiting to 5 passengers only, calling chase and they are saying I need to make 2 separate reservations?!? making the second group miss out on gold check-in / free bags/seat selection.

also noticed as of the new portal the hotels section has lost its many search filters/properties/ :'( / mapping / images / ....

been on hold for over 45min to talk to the "supervisor" no help here.

If there's a hotel not on the chase travel (but available on other booking sites) can I call them to book? Any other options?
Jury Duty: Nothing to do there but chill and write a TR. Kinda like the beach but missing the view and ocean breeze.

Is Chase using Priceline now? I booked a Hilton hotel and the reservation says Priceline Price Discount. Was actually very difficult to link to my Hilton account....
