I did 250 for travel bank on 12/29 still didnt get credit and it comes up as special service ticket from ORD to ORD with a ticket number..

Has travel bank always only able to be used on paid tickets? Tried using it for taxes & fees on an award ticket, or even for a paid upgrade and it doesn’t work. Seems so limiting for something we paid for in cash.

Yes.  Received credit manually. 

IME, you need to wait a day after selecting your airline before submitting TB purchase.

I've called them and pushed them to give me an ETC for immediate use. I posted about it earlier - I need to find it

That wouldn't work for me anyways as the dollar amount is exactly the same. When I booked it yesterday, I could have selected a dollar less from the travel bank and used a $1 from CSR, but I didn't think of it.

Ok scratch my original post, just got the credit today!!
