Agreed. Was going to close it on my first renewal but took retention offer of 10K points.

Yes, worked for me a few weeks ago - $250 credit refunded quickly.

How long does it usually take for Biz Platinum travel credit to post? Purchased $100 travel bank on the 20th and the charge came up as "United Ticketing Services"

3-4 days. It was working as of a couple weeks ago.

did yours also show as a flight from Chicago to Chicago? with a ticket number?
