Yup, plastic isn't advisable for a long time.
I'm a sous vide nut. I usually pack my sous vide and vacuum seal food in advance. The hotlogic was actually easier. Sous vide bags work well. I had sous vide bags around the foil pan, with direct contact on the warmer and no issues.
Great tip on the hotlogic. I let really enhanced our trip.

Thanks.. I get so much from a good TR, and noticed a definite gap for some info on Maui. Despite the fact that so many of us visit Maui, without a TR.. fewer people can benefit from the hard learned Info.
Big fan of DDF, but especially for the TR ecosystem.
