Instant Cameras?

Anybody know anything about instant cameras? Thinking about getting one for a Bat Mitzvah gift, do people actually like these?

Leaning towards a Leica Sofort because it's more exclusive, but wondering if the Polaroid app is a big advantage.

The Polaroid is Chinese junk and film is impossible to get. The Leica is a rebranded Fuji Instax Mini 90, and, like all of Leica's rebranded cameras, is a criminal waste of money.

Fuji Instax is the way to go, 100%. There are lots of models to choose from.

Film (for any instant camera) isn't cheap, so consider gifting a nice pile of that as well (would definitely be money better spent than on the Leica).

I'd probably go with the Mini 90.

+1 for Fuji Instax. My kids have them and love them. (I don't love the cost of the film but c'est la vie.)
