You are right i sent it to @S209

I will ask clearly my question once again @moshe123 posted that he follows his rav the belz Rabbi on the issue of covid

on that @platinumguy responded with a few nasty posts on the belz rav

My question is do you stand with that or agree it was a mistake and want to know if anyone backs that posts. Simple

I know it's available on PDF, I've seen it. But that's free, not for sale, hence you can't buy it.
You can buy it - it's a collectible

Here is the original post. Let's assume it's a given I'm an idiot shaygetz so we take that issue out of the way, and why don't you address the actual questions?

Does he allow using the internet for leisure?

At what point did he become a gadol in your eyes? At 9 years old when he was the destined Rebbe? Or only at 18 when he was actually crowned Rebbe? Or at some other point since then?

Is it a difference when @moshe123 decided that he is a gudol? Really?? He is now a gudol and he has his mind and his chassidum follow him. Is it a difference when they decided that he is a gudol?? I really dont get it.

When he said he follows his rav is that answer a appropriate one? Did you answer him on his post?

Regards if he lets use the internet is that a answer on his stance? is that considered adressing the fact he said about following his rav

by the way its not him not letting use it for leisure, its all gedoilei Yisroel dont let use it for leisure, including your rav, but we have nisyoines. Harav wosner has his famous psak on this that was called out by the famous citifield gathering. so no rav lets use the internet for leisure and we have a yetzer hora.

Actually, my Rov does allow using the internet for leisure (granted I should definitely be employing my time better).

It was claimed people were violating Covid restrictions because they were following Gedoli Yisroel, I pointed out he doesn't follow them completely, and he followed the person before he was a gadol, hence it suggests there is a different reason why they are breaking Covid restrictions other than 'following the torah'.

And again on the actual question about covid I dont write my opinion and it doesnt matter as everybody should follow what his rav told him to do. Simple. I dont see what this arguing for months is all about except for fun and thats fine. But actually for everybody what to do they have a rav to ask and follow.

If this is not good hashkafa or lack of hashkafa in your eyes im totally fine with your opinion. I do think we will all be better off if everybody would follow his rav as he hopefully follows his rav on all other questions he has

I doubt your rav lets but if he lets bravo for you and enjoy it. I do follow my rav advice on covid and @moshe123 follows his rav's advice because we follow them on all other questions we have too.

I dont see this to be such a hard thing to understand

I wonder about @PlatinumGuy "gadol" or "rav that he follows
Who decided that they are a gadol, or have a smidgen of "gadlus"

This discussion (if it could be called such) makes me feel blessed to be part of a culture where the term isn't used.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

I though it's off the market.
My brother in law has a copy and I can get you one if you’d like as well. Everything has a price.

I have access to the PDF, and TBH if you see my post above you would realize that the title doesn't really draw me to want to read it (I've heard/read about the content and controversy).

@S209 you have been mentioned because my mistake... Sorry for mentioning you here

I can not search to whom I have sent a PM if someone knows how to let me know. I am almost sure it was to @S209

But thats again not the point.

הרוצה לשקר ירחיק עדותו
if makes a difference in my argument if I actually have sent a PM for you or for him...seriously.

I dont understand why its so hard to accept and understand that someone else follows his rav's guidance on covid, because his guidance is not according to yours. so you follow your rav's guidance and he follows his and I follow mine...Very simple in my eyes

Which term, gadol? Yea, probably was mainly used in the Lita and found its way universally. Although it has never become that much of a term.

Satmar Rav z''l wasn't used to it either, as he famously said once, probably when asked how he can go against another "Gadol", he said "I don't know, the first time we see גדול in the Torah is גָּדוֹל עֲו‍ֹנִי מִנְּשׂוֹא".
