skiing in usa / shabbos

hi. looking for a ski resort other than SLC or DEN where we can have spend the weekend plus 2 days w minyan & kosher food for shabbos. thank you

There’s sometimes a minyan in Fernwood hotel in the Poconos next to a couple ski places. Note: this is just close to tristate. Probably wouldn’t be exciting if you’re used to lavish skiing or resorting.
