According to this article, Air Serbia is planning to resume flights to Tel Aviv starting March 29.  They will have two weekly flights instead of five.  I still haven't gotten my refund from Chase Travel/Etihad from last year's deal, although I do get periodic emails from Chase that they are "chasing" Etihad for the refund.

I got my refund today from Eithad for my June ticket on Air Serbia. Chase and Etihad told me for months they were working on it... I filed a Dot complaint against Etihad and got a full refund within 30 days. I used chase points but was refunded in cash.
