I just want to add that the WHO also advises that pregnant women should take any vaccine: https://www.who.int/news-room/feature-stories/detail/who-can-take-the-pfizer-biontech-covid-19--vaccine
Although here in Israel, pregnant women are being told to get vaccinated ASAP.

There was a video of a doctor with Rav Chaim Kanievsky who was saying not to get it in the first trimester
